Job summary

JRGHK Shared Functions in Hong Kong is seeking a procurement professional to manage regular order planning and replenishment. You will liaise with suppliers on price, quality, and delivery, and conduct market research for new product sourcing.

You will work closely with logistics, marketing, operations and R&D to ensure timely launches and a stable daily supply. You will also submit monthly reports on sourcing performance and take on ad hoc tasks from your line manager to support procurement

Responsibilities

• Regular order planning and replenishment responsibilities.
• Liaise with suppliers for price negotiation, quality checks, and delivery arrangements.
• Market research on responsible category for new product sourcing.
• Collaborate with internal teams—logistics, marketing, operations & R&D—to ensure timely launches and stable daily supply.
• Submit and prepare monthly reports on sourcing performance.
• Handle ad hoc assignments from line manager.
