Job summary

Deloitte China invites a Manager/Senior Manager to lead Government & Public Services strategy and business design initiatives. The role covers end-to-end advisory from strategy through transformation, with emphasis on governance, risk, and client value delivery.

Ideal candidates bring a top-tier bachelor degree and at least six years in strategy from leading firms, plus regional planning experience and bilingual Chinese/English capabilities to support cross-border engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum six years of strategy formulation experiences from top strategy and/or innovation consulting firms.
• Strong business design and transformation exposure is desirable.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across regions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and solve problems objectively using analysis, experience, and judgment.
• Plan and execute engagements that deliver a superior client experience.
• Build an in-depth knowledge of the client’s business and stay up-to-date on industry activities, marketplace trends, and leading practices.
• Demonstrate and develop leadership and professional capabilities across the listed areas.
