Qualifications

• At least 2 years of management or strategy consulting experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
• Deep knowledge of public sector with ability to translate market trends into actionable client solutions.
• Emerging business development skills, including identifying new client opportunities and supporting proposal development.
• Proven core consulting skills, including slide design, document story lining and sharp written and oral communication skills.
• Strong strategic thinking, quantitative analytics and financial or business modeling capabilities.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to manage regional and cross-border engagements.

Responsibilities

• Manage own work against the project plan to ensure high-quality execution and client experience.
• Diagnose client challenges, perform data analysis and develop actionable business solutions.
• Understand client's business model, industry trends and technology as an enabler.
• Gather and interpret financial information to support strategic recommendations.
• Present complex ideas with clear messaging and data-driven tools.
• Develop reusable assets to streamline future engagements.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and build high-performing teams.
