Job summary

COSCO SHIPPING Ports Limited is seeking a Public Relations Officer/Senior Officer to support brand building, media relations, CSR/ESG communication and investor relations for a HK-listed company. The role covers new media, crisis management and external communications with media, regulators and stakeholders.

Education required is a bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year in PR or corporate communications. Strong written English and Chinese, plus MS Office skills, are essential.

Qualifications

• Full-time bachelor's degree or above; major in Public Relations, Journalism and Communication, Public Policy, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in public relations, corporate communications, CSR/ESG, or media; or excellent master's graduate will also be considered.
• Understanding of ESG/CSR trends, brand systems and new media operations; knowledge of Hong Kong listing rules and disclosure compliance is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken Chinese and English; proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AI tools and data visualization preferred.
• Integrity and self-discipline; proactive and responsible; strong research and analytical ability, teamwork and cross-department communication.

Responsibilities

• Support enhancement of public relations, media relations, brand building and ESG communication management.
• Establish and maintain two-way communication between the Company and media, public and ESG stakeholders.
• Assist in CSR and ESG communication, sustainability reports and investor communications.
• Assist in investor relations communications for results presentations and roadshows; ensure content complies with listing rules and compliance.
• Monitor public opinion and assist in crisis management; help maintain unified external messaging.
• Assist in general affairs and archival tasks; support research briefs and data dashboards.
• Handle departmental documents and communications as assigned by superiors.
