Job summary

COSCO SHIPPING Ports Limited, a leader in terminal operations, seeks an Investor Relations & Corporate Communications Manager / Assistant Manager. You will support annual/interim report work, manage investor relations activities, and coordinate disclosures and press materials.

Strong writing, planning, and media relations skills are essential. The role requires at least 3 years in IR/communications, fluent Putonghua and English, and solid MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Public Relations or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in investor relations, corporate communications, public relations; experience in the same industry preferred.
• Fluent in Putonghua and English with excellent written and spoken skills in both Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Periodic Report Preparation: Assist in organizing the structure, design, printing and publication of annual and interim reports; participate in the preparation of periodic reports.
• Investor Relations Maintenance: Assist in organizing annual, interim and quarterly results presentations; participate in investor presentations, roadshows, and assist in organizing reverse roadshows; maintain contact with investors and update business operations and prospects.
• Information Disclosure: Assist in drafting results announcements and other disclosure matters; draft and publish press releases and publicity articles; assist in improving presentation and roadshow materials.
• Industry Tracking: Track capital market dynamics and industry development; prepare industry information and analysis reports; monitor policies and reports; conduct information analysis.
• Other Matters: Assist in maintaining public relations and media relations; assist in donations to charity foundations; handle emergencies and other tasks.
