Job summary

Chun Wo Construction Holdings Company Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Public Relations Officer to manage public concerns for the project works, handle complaints, queries and liaise with the local community and District Council members.

The role requires a degree in Communications/Public Relations, at least 2 years of experience in public affairs, and proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua); willingness to work at the construction site office, with a competitive package and

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Communications / Public Relations or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in public affairs, community relations, complaint handling, corporate communications and crisis management.
• Experience in releasing press materials and handling general public enquiries.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Well versed in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing).
• Willing to work at construction site office.

Responsibilities

• Handle public complaints, queries, requests, claims, attend neighborhood meetings & other public concerns for the project works.
• Communicate and liaise with the local community and District Council members.
