Job summary

SINO PROPERTY SERVICES is seeking a capable property manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a mixed portfolio. You will liaise with tenants on all management matters and supervise estate teams to deliver top-tier services.

The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with fluency in English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• MIH with 1 year of relevant experience or a recognised degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong leadership, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Building Management Ordinances and Landlord and Tenant (Consolidated) Ordinance.
• Good command of oral and written English and Chinese; Fluency in Putonghua an advantage.
