Job summary

SINO PROPERTY SERVICES is looking for a candidate to handle the enforcement of property agreements and daily management tasks. Responsibilities include managing tenant requests, overseeing maintenance, security, and inspections.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience or a Diploma with 6 years of experience. Fluency in Putonghua and PC knowledge are advantageous. This is a full-time position based in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant experience with a degree or 6 years with a diploma.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for a lower position.

Responsibilities

• Enforce terms of Deed of Mutual Covenant or Tenancy Agreement.
• Handle requests and complaints from tenants and owners.
• Perform day-to-day building management and inspection services.
• Oversee property maintenance, security, and cleaning services.

Skills

Fluency in Putonghua

Knowledge of PC operations
