Job summary

This role works with leasing teams to market vacancies, conduct viewings, screen tenants, manage move-in/out, and prepare monthly financial and operational reports while monitoring market trends to set

Qualifications

• Experience in property and facilities management for residential portfolios.
• Strong budgeting, reporting, and expense control skills.
• Ability to lead tenant relations, inspections, and move-in/out processes.
• Experience coordinating leasing support and marketing activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee routine maintenance, safety inspections, and urgent repair requests.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships and service agreements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and housing regulations.
• Conduct regular property walkthroughs and maintain company standards.
• Serve as primary contact for resident inquiries, concerns, and disputes.
• Lead move-in/move-out inspections and manage security deposits.
• Drive tenant retention, engagement events, and lease renewals.
• Collaborate with leasing teams to market vacancies, schedule viewings, and minimize vacancies.
• Oversee tenant screening, credit checks, and lease preparation.
• Monitor local market trends to advise on competitive rents and lease terms.
