Job summary

Wheelock Properties (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Property Development Surveyor to support acquisitions, disposal and development projects in Hong Kong. The role involves valuing development properties, preparing financial analyses and monitoring assets and new investments.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor degree in Real Estate/Surveying, 2+ years of experience, proficiency in MS Office, and strong English/Chinese communication. A professional qualification (MHKIS) is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines
• MHKIS or relevant professional qualifications is preferred
• At least 2 years of relevant experiences
• Solid experience in property valuation and market research of Hong Kong property market
• Ability to work independently with good analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Responsibilities

• Support Manager in exercising overall coordination throughout the different stages of potential acquisitions, disposal and property development
• Assist in monitoring existing property assets and new investment projects
• Perform property valuation for different types of development properties / plans
• Prepare and update valuation reports and financial analysis
• Handle any ad hoc projects assigned by supervisors
