Swire Properties Limited invites applications for an Officer - Surveying role in Hong Kong. You will conduct market research and detailed feasibility studies, and support property management activities to help our developments meet strategic goals.

The position involves assisting in sales launch preparation and handling ad hoc projects, requiring strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills in Chinese and English. Fresh graduates are welcome and IANG holders are encouraged to apply.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Surveying, Real Estate, Urban Studies, Property Management or related field from a recognised local or overseas university.
• Degree accredited by HKIS General Practice Surveying Division preferred.
• Fresh graduates or recent graduates (≤2 years) welcome.
• Right to work in Hong Kong (IANG welcomed).
• Passionate about property development and management in Hong Kong; experience would be an asset.
• Committed to become a qualified Surveyor.
• Strong leadership potential and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (Chinese and English).

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree in Surveying, Real Estate, Urban Studies, Property Management or industry related disciplines or related fields from a recognised local or overseas university
• Degree accredited by HKIS General Practice Surveying Division are preferred
• Fresh graduates or recent graduates (with not more than 2 years' work experience) are welcome
• Right to work in Hong Kong (IANG are welcomed)
• Passionate in property development and management in Hong Kong; experience in this area would be an asset
• Committed to become a qualified Surveyor
• Strong leadership potential and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (spoken and written) in Chinese and English
