Job summary

Liu Chong Hing Property Management & Agency Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver quality service and professional property management in a pleasant, proactive manner. You will assist visitors, answer inquiries, and support routine operations.

The role includes basic clerical work, monitoring contractors, daily security duties, and assisting supervisors during emergencies and drills.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in security and customer services.
Holder of a valid Security Personnel Permit and QAS certificate.
A first-aid certificate is preferred.
Responsible and proactive, with good communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide quality customer service and professional property management services in a pleasant and proactive manner.
Perform professional concierge service duties, including answering phone calls, greeting and escorting guests and visitors, handling enquiries and requests, and visitor registration.
Perform daily security duties, including floor patrols and crowd control during peak hours.
Handle basic clerical works, including preparing incident reports, and processing receipts and invoices.
Monitor the work of contractors.
Assist supervisors in handling emergencies and conducting drills.
