Hongkong Land, a major listed property developer, investor and manager, is seeking an experienced accounting professional in Hong Kong to manage day-to-day accounting, month-end closes and statutory reporting for assigned entities.

The role involves reviewing regional management accounts, supporting consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and continuous process improvements. Excellent Excel and ERP proficiency are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Pursuing HKICPA or similar professional qualification.
• Min. 4 years of accounting or audit experience.
• Knowledge of HKFRS/IFRS; consolidation experience is a plus.
• Strong English and Chinese (Putonghua) communication.

Responsabilités

• Handle day-to-day accounting and month-end closing activities for assigned entities.
• Prepare statutory and management accounts and supporting schedules.
• Review management accounts from Mainland China and overseas entities and escalate issues.
• Coordinate with regional finance teams for timely reporting and Group consolidation.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Maintain documentation and support audit requests; suggest process improvements.
• Support ad-hoc duties as needed.
