Job summary

Henderson Land Development Company is seeking a finance professional to monitor the financial performance of the leasing portfolio. You will prepare monthly reports for management and collaborate with business units on budgeting and forecasting plans.

The role involves consolidation of revenue and expenses with variance analysis, and providing ad-hoc analyses and reports to support decision-making. Strong English and Chinese communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years' solid experience in financial reporting and analysis, preferably gained from real estate industry.
• Qualified member of ACCA / HKICPA or equivalent is a plus.
• Proficiency in consolidating accounts and well versed in using Excel for financial modeling.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
