• Cross-Border Contract and Compliance Management

Oversee the full lifecycle management of project-related contracts, handle drafting, clause review, negotiation, and follow-up on signing various contracts. Accurately identify compliance risks arising from differences in commercial and intellectual property laws, and establish a contract management system suitable for cross-border business.

2. Market Research and Strategy Development

Conduct market research in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and overseas markets, analyze customer needs, practical application scenarios, and policy incentives in target industries to provide decision support for the market positioning, pricing system, and promotion strategy of the company's tech products.

3. Core Customer Development and Assessment

Responsible for developing clients, covering key groups such as high-emission industrial enterprises, semiconductor manufacturers, and research cooperation institutions. Promote project cooperation agreements and establish a long-term, stable network of core client relationships.

Assist the company in building standardized processes for project management and market expansion, create project management templates, market expansion guidelines, and cross-border contract samples to provide the business team with professional support in legal compliance and project operations across regions, continuously improving overall business efficiency.
