Job summary

CR Construction Company is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to plan, direct, and formulate strategies ensuring delivery within time, cost, quality, safety and environment targets. You will coordinate corporate resources, manage stakeholder partnerships and monitor cash flow across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate holds a building studies or engineering degree, 15+ years in building construction, and 5+ years in senior PM roles; HKIE/CIOB/HKICM qualifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or Associateship in Building Studies, Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
• 15 years’ relevant experiences in building construction and with 5 years or more holding the position as Senior Project Manager or above.
• Professional qualifications such as HKIE, CIOB, HKICM or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct and formulate strategy to achieve project deliverables including time, cost, quality, safety and environment.
• Direct available resources on corporate basis including people, plant and equipment, finance and risk management to projects.
• Manage effective communication and establish close partnership among project stakeholders including the Employer, Consultants & Contractors.
• Direct and collaborate with internal Departments in addressing potential problems arising from projects and provide alternatives.
• Monitor cash flow of projects and financial status of the project(s).
• Provide directions and encourage innovation for the preparation of tenders.
• Maintain and implement corporate objectives and policies during the course of project delivery.
• Manage multiple projects as assigned by Board of Directors.
