Job summary

Saint Francis University in Hong Kong is seeking a capable project coordinator to support wellbeing, resilience and life transitions initiatives. The role focuses on liaising with internal teams, maintaining plans and trackers, and ensuring timely project administration.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related field, 1–2 years of relevant experience, and a readiness to work 5 days with occasional night shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in project coordination.
• Strong interest in Wellbeing, Resilience & Life Transitions.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a sizeable company.
• Serve as the unit’s primary liaison with internal teams.
• Coordinate, validate, and consolidate weekly and monthly regarding project.
• Perform project administration by maintaining plans, trackers, and timelines.
• 5 days work and shift duty, 1-2 days night shift.
• Exp. in hospital / healthcare field is a plus.
• Exp. in the area of billing is preferred.
• Comprehensive secretarial and administrative support.

Responsibilities
