Job summary

The Chinese Medicine Hospital of Hong Kong is seeking a capable project coordinator to support education and research initiatives. You will act as the unit’s liaison with internal teams, coordinate weekly and monthly reports, and maintain project plans, trackers and timelines.

You will provide technical support for laboratory operations, assist in tender documentation, and conduct literature reviews alongside the project team. Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Education or related fields.
• Master's/MPhil in Social Sciences or related discipline.
• Solid training in research methods and data analysis.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Interest in Wellbeing, Resilience & Life Transitions.
• Proficiency in MS Office & Chinese word processing.
• Immediately available preferred.

• Serve as the unit’s primary liaison with internal teams
• Coordinate, validate, and consolidate weekly and monthly regarding project
• Perform project administration by maintaining plans, trackers, and timelines
• Providing technical support for the operation of laboratories in projects
• Managing laboratory setups and equipment acquisition
• At least 2 years of working experience in education or related fields
• A bachelor’s degree in Science, Education or related disciplines
• Master's/MPhil degree or above in Social Sciences or a related discipline
• Solid training and experience in research methods and data analysis
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Assist in preparing and organizing tender and quotation documents
• Proficient in MS Office & Chinese Word processing
• Immediately available will be highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree or above in Social Sciences, or a related discipline
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in project coordination
• Strong interest in Wellbeing, Resilience & Life Transitions
• Conducting literature reviews on open and educational technology
• Supporting the project team to conduct research
• Carrying out qualitative and quantitative data analysis
• Performing statistical analyses on provided datasets
• Cleaning, managing, and organizing data as needed for analysis
• Interpreting and summarizing analytical findings clearly and accurately
• Conducting systematic literature reviews
• Collecting, cleaning, and merging time-series/panel data
• Offer practical work experience to full-time undergraduate students
