• Lead cross-departmental project execution focusing on strategic planning, risk assessment frameworks, change management processes, and RPA implementation oversight.
• Serve as subject matter expert to monitor implementation phases, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance standards.
• Deliver comprehensive progress reports to senior management with actionable insights on risks, resource allocation efficiency, and critical path milestones.
• Coordinate pre-launch readiness by synchronizing business requirements with technical capabilities across departments.
• Provide strategic guidance to resolve implementation challenges through data-driven analysis and process optimization recommendations.
• Strengthen regional collaboration by developing standardized operating procedures for South East Asia branch’s operations while delivering targeted business support.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree or above with major in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, information systems management, computer science or statistics;
• 1 year relevant work experience in project and process management
• Experience in ISO quality management / Lean Six Sigma / Productivity management is preferred;
