Job summary

ST Engineering Unmanned & Integrated Systems Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Assistant PMO Programme / Project Manager to lead the integration of complex system projects. You will coordinate hardware, software and networking workstreams, manage vendors and stakeholders, and ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery across the system lifecycle.

The role requires 5+ years in defence programme management, PMP is advantageous, and incumbents should be Singaporean.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in large scale defence programme management.
• PMP certification will be advantageous.
• Rich experience in project coordination and people management.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and MS Visio.
• Singaporean only.
• Open to contract, renewal.

The Assistant PMO Programme / Project Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of system integration projects. They ensure that various hardware, software, and networking components work together seamlessly to meet the project requirements. The role involves managing technical tasks, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders, performing system testing, troubleshooting integration issues, and ensuring compliance with standards. You will play a key role in overseeing the system integration lifecycle, from initial design through deployment, ensuring that all project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required technical specifications.
