Job summary

ST Engineering Unmanned & Integrated Systems Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an Assistant Project Manager to oversee the delivery of digital infrastructure projects. You will plan, coordinate across teams, allocate resources, and ensure milestones are met within budget.

Requirements include 3+ years managing large IT/information systems projects with external subcontractors, experience with CCTV and security systems, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity compliance. PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IT, information systems and engineering project management.
• Minimum 3 years managing large, complex IT projects with external subcontractors.
• Experience with CCTV, security systems, and network infrastructure.; knowledge of cybersecurity requirements for restricted areas.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• International certification in project management is a plus.
• Singaporean only.
• Open to contract, renewable.

Responsibilities

• Provides planning and monitoring, milestone management, resources forecasting and change management across the project portfolio.
• Ensures the quality of the deliverables, compliance with the contractual schedule and the allocated budget.
• Works with a technical team and arranges regular teams’ meetings to reach project objectives
• Help the team members to resolve conflicts and interface problems within the project and ensure successful delivery of the project.
• Manage customer relationships during the projects through strong governance.
• Expected to manage multiple projects concurrently

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team and oversee the implementation of digital infrastructure projects. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Your duties will include coordinating efforts across various teams, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently, and managing stakeholder expectations.

Qualities We Value

• Knowledge in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information technology related fields..

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in managing large and complex projects covering IT, information systems and Engineering fields, with external subcontracting.

• With relevant experience in the implementation of systems (CCTV, Security Systems i.e. IDS, EKMS, EACS), digital infrastructure (Network infrastructure i.e. Cisco, Alcatel, Fortinet) and ensure compliance to Cybersecurity requirements for restricted areas.

• Manage contractors to ensure all physical infrastructure is installed according to design

• Possess strong organizational and management capabilities, and solid understanding of full development cycle.

• An international certification in project management (e.g. PMP) is a plus.
