• Provide technical leadership and run the consulting project by meeting technical requirements
• Conduct blueprint that has been endorsed by client to set the technical direction for the project
• Involve in project reporting and presenting of the progress, outcome, and technical matters to senior IT management
• Manage customer relationships in terms of leading and facilitating technical discussions, resolving issues and managing expectations of stakeholders, including senior IT management from the client
• Manage vendors and subcontractors (if necessary) and ensure alignment with company’s technical requirement for the project
• Support the Software upgrade and maintenance – VMware (ESXi, vCenter, vSAN, Log Insight, vROPS), Cisco (UCS series)
• Support the upgrade of Esxi Vsphere, Vcenter server, ESXI, VMware Tools and Virtual Machine Compatibility and best practices
• vSphere cluster resources - Creating and Configuring Management and Production Clusters
• ESXI VMs migration
• Decommissioning activities linked to Migration
• Cloud Assessment and Migration linked to ESXi Migration options
• Hardware upgrade and maintenance
• Windows and Linux OS version upgrade
• Projects related to our Security acceleration initiatives
• Capacity management including software defined storage
• Project planning and management – review and overall management skill
• Escalation and Troubleshooting – resolution of low to moderate issues, escalation to our partners,
• Working with the Infra & Ops team on problem troubleshooting

• Minimum 10 years working experience in IT industry
• At least 4 years project management experience in VMWare / virtualization / Microsoft / Infrastructure related projects
• Degree Holder in Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Systems or other related discipline
• Holder of PMP certification is preferred
• Trusted proactive leader with analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as good team player with flexible and passionate attitude is highly preferred
• Excellent command in both written and spoken Chinese and English with good interpersonal and presentation skills
