Job summary

David S. K. Au & Associates Ltd in Hong Kong seeks experienced architects to handle projects, feasibility studies, and tender preparations while coordinating with clients, contractors and sub-consultants.

You'll oversee design development, ensure compliance with statutory regulations and client briefs, and drive planning, feasibility assessments and tender documentation. The role requires a degree in Architecture or related discipline, at least 3 years of design and project management

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above in Architecture or related discipline.
• Min. 3 years with proven design ability and project management with solid experience.
• Solid understanding of local building, planning, and land submission procedures.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; capable of handling multiple projects under pressure.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (Written & Spoken).
• Immediate availability is a significant advantage.

Represent the firm in design, site, and progress meetings.

Act as the central coordinator between clients, contractors and sub-contractors and co-coordinate with other internal parties including Structural/E&M/QS teams.

Key Requirements

Degree holder or above in Architecture or related discipline.

Min. 3 years with proven design ability and project management with solid experience.

Advanced skills in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Revit, and SketchUp; BIM experience is a bonus.

Solid understanding of local building, planning, and land submission procedures.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; capable of handling multiple projects under pressure.

Bilingual in English and Chinese (Written & Spoken).

Immediate availability is a significant advantage.
