Job summary

LUXSENSE HK LTD. is seeking a Project Manager to liaise between partner factories and clients, handling administrative project support and coordination.

You will coordinate briefings, drawings, and timelines with clients and factories in China, while also assisting with budgets, sourcing, and logistics. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required; knowledge of French is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in project management and admin tasks, ideally in fashion or visual merchandising.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• 3D software: Rhino, CAD, SketchUp is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

As Project Manager, you will be reporting to the Key Account Manager and help liaise between the partner factories and the clients. Your responsibilities will also include all administrative tasks to support the projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Briefings, technical drawings, and project timeline coordination with clients and China partner factories
• Sourcing, prototyping and development
• Working on project budgets
• Production follow-up and on-site inspections in China factories
• Helping with production quality reports
• Helping with logistic coordination and document preparation (bookings, packing list)
• Placing purchase orders to suppliers and creating quotations to clients with our ERP system
• Helping on the creativity (design, drawings, 3D files) is a plus.

PROFILE REQUIRED

You have at least 3-5 years experience in project management and administrative tasks, ideally in the Fashion and Visual Merchandising industries

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT). 3D Software: Rhino/CAD/SketchUp is a plus.

You have a good sense of fashion/luxury, detail, precision, and an inquisitive mind

You are organized with a facility to work in a transverse way and on several projects

You are serious, dynamic, flexible, rigorous, autonomous and a team worker

Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese. French is a plus
