Job summary

TCG Construction Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a proactive Project/Construction Coordinator to support the Project/Construction Manager from start to handover. You will prepare and submit documentation to external and internal parties for one large project or several smaller projects.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or higher in Construction/Engineering and has at least 3 years’ experience in project management, commercial fit-out or A&A with multinational exposure.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Construction/Engineering required.
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in project management / commercial fit out / A&A with multinational exposure.
• Adaptable, proactive, positive, able to prioritise multi-task, team focus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• TCP-T1 Safety Supervisor or Qualified Metal Scaffolding Certificate holder is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project/Construction Manager in running all aspects of a project from start to handover.
• Prepare and submit documentation to external and internal parties as required.
• Support one large project or several smaller projects with coordination and follow-up.

Requirements

Diploma Holder or above in Construction / Engineering discipline or other similar qualifications

At least 3years’ relevant working experience in project management / commercial fit out / A&A projects with multi-national corporate exposure

Strong communication/ interpersonal and negotiation skills

TCP-T1 \ Safety Supervisor \ Qualified Metal Scaffolding Certificate holder is an advantage
