Job summary

Gfi World is seeking a Project Engineer for a Smart Home project in Hong Kong. The role focuses on FTTH block wiring design, project coordination, and onsite supervision to ensure safety, quality and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a built environment or electronics background with at least 3 years in telecom, and is proficient in AutoCAD with English and Chinese language skills. Driving license is a plus. This is a full‑time on-site position in Tsuen Wan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Building Services, Electronic Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Telecommunications industry.
• Experience in project management, coordination and statutory submissions preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD for geographic records.
• Strong analytical, proactive and able to work under pressure.
• Good command of English and Chinese; driving license is an advantage.

• Responsible for project coordination and implementation
• Instruct and monitor safety, quality and progress of the site
• Attend regular site meetings and assist project manager to manage thesite
• Prepare site drawing, proposal and document for site implementation,testing and commissioning

Person

• Bachelor Degree in Building Services, Electronic Engineering or relateddisciplines
• Minimum 3 years experiences in Telecommunications industry
• With relevant working experiences in project management, coordinationand statutory submissions of engineering or Telecom infrastructureprojects is preferred
• Knowledge in AutoCAD software for geographic record
• Proactive, self-motivated, with strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good team player and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Possession of valid driving license will be an advantage
