Job summary

KEYDENCE SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. is hiring an Engineer to oversee ELV security projects from site surveys to handover. You will design system solutions, prepare layouts, and coordinate with clients and vendors in a fast-paced office and project-site environment.

Requirements include a diploma in a relevant field, at least 3 years of ELV/security experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD. You will manage schedules, budgets and ensure timely delivery with high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in relevant field required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of ELV security systems including CCTV, PA, access control, cabling.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD.
• Ability to manage projects independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys, design system solutions, and coordinate drawings
• Assist project manager to define scope, budget and schedule
• Create project schedules, estimate time, manpower and sequence tasks
• Ensure solutions are technically feasible and meet client requirements
• Monitor budgets, resources, and timelines

• Verify handover readiness of sold solutions
• Meet milestone deliverables and deadlines
• Oversee procurement lead times and delivery
• Coordinate on-site installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting

Working Location: Office (Ang mo Kio) / Project Site

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys, design system solutions, and coordinate technical drawings/layouts

• Assist the project manager to define scope, budget and schedule

• Create project schedules - review specifications, estimate time and manpower requirements, sequence tasks

• Ensure proposed solutions has technical feasibility and aligns with client requirements

• Manage and track project budgets, resources, and timelines

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and meet the highest quality standards

• Ensure the sold solution performs as designed before handover

• Comply with project milestone deliverables and strict deadlines

• Oversee procurement lead time and delivery schedule

• Monitor and coordinate on-site installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities

About you

• At least a Diploma in relevant fields

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

• Knowledge in Security System and ELV Systems e.g. PA system, CCTV system, Card Access, Structure Cabling, Electrical

• Familiar with AutoCAD

• Able to manage project cycle independently with minimum supervision

• Knowledge in designing system/solutions for ELV Security System

• Able to independently manage multiple projects
