Job summary

STA Pacific Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Interior Designer to join our team for luxury residential projects. You will lead design development, prepare presentation drawings, and supervise on-site progress with a focus on detail and quality.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in interior design, strong client meeting skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Photoshop (advantage). Immediate availability and a 5-day work week in Southern District, HK are preferred.

Qualifications

• Certificate or above in interior design or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years’ experience in interior design, including client meetings and site supervision.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Photoshop is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Designer to prepare design and presentation materials, including detailed and construction drawings, materials sourcing and selection.
• Interface and co-ordinate contractors and other third parties.
• Obtain and review contractor/ supplier quotations.
• Outdoor site checking for workmanship and progress of project.

Our client is a well-established Interior Design and Build firm in Hong Kong. They can mainly focus on Luxury Residential project in Hong Kong. They are looking for high caliber & stable candidates to join their team.

Responsibilities

Assist Senior Designer to prepare design and presentation materials, including detailed and construction drawings, materials sourcing and selection

Interface and co-ordinate contractors and other third parties

Obtain and review contractor/ supplier quotations

Outdoor site checking for workmanship and progress of project

Requirements
