Job summary
Area-17 Limited is seeking an Interior Designer / Project Designer for Residential and Commercial projects in Hong Kong. The role involves handling full drawing sets, coordinating with clients and contractors, and supporting project management to ensure timely delivery.
The candidate should have at least 3 years of interior design experience, strong drafting skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp with Enscape or VRAY. English and Chinese communication is essential.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years solid experience in interior design and design development.
- Strong drafting skills to produce full sets of drawings.
- Ability to deliver 3D model drawings and quick renders.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop and SketchUp with Enscape or VRAY.
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese.
- Team player with proactive attitude; self-motivated and well organized.
- Ability to work independently under tight schedules.
Responsibilities
- Handle full set of drawings and presentations.
- Coordinate design intent with client, contractor, supplier and other parties.
- Check quotations and manage project timeline.
- Provide assistance in project management.
- Review and comment shop drawings.
