Job summary

The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited (Towngas) is looking for a proactive professional to join their Project Control team. You will support all aspects of Quantity Surveying and contract administration for building management and renovation projects.

Ideal candidates will hold a relevant degree and possess minimum 5 years of experience. Strong command of English and Chinese is required. Perks include career development opportunities and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors or RICS membership preferred.
• Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Willing to learn and develop multi-disciplinary skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all aspects of pre-contract and post-contract Quantity Surveying functions.
• Support Project Control Manager in planning and monitoring multi-projects.
• Coordinate day-to-day QS and site activities.
• Coordinate project activities with stakeholders for effective communication.
