Job summary

Boss Trade HK Limited is seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator for FMCG/Beauty products. You will assist the senior sales executives, follow up on foreign clients' requirements, and coordinate procurement with internal teams. Report to the Key Account Manager and collaborate across departments.

The role emphasizes building client relationships, developing marketing materials, and supporting orders and delivery arrangements. Strong English and Chinese communication is required.

Qualifications

• Strong business acumen with an outgoing, sociable, honest, trustworthy personality.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Department Heads.
• Develop and execute brand strategies and marketing plans.
• Identify business opportunities and market challenges.
• Support sales and marketing efforts, including quotations and promotions.
• Maintain relationships with clients, promote products, and follow up on orders and delivery arrangements.
