Job summary

Y Design Consultant & Contracting Limited is seeking a Project Administrator/Project Assistant to support the project team in a professional capacity. The role involves secretarial duties, document management, and coordinating with clients and subcontractors on documentation.

The candidate will assist with tenders, drawings review, takeoffs, and procurement activities, with preference for those experienced in interior design or office fit-out projects in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Provide full secretarial support to project team.

• Handle payment applications and assessment of interim payments/final accounts.
• Assist in material sourcing and procurement.

Job description

Project Administrator / Project Assistant

- To provide full spectrum of secretarial support to Project team in professional manner

- Maintain the filing system and coordinate all related action

- Tohandle document submission and correspondences among clients / designers / sub-contractors

- Assist to prepare of tender and quotation,review of drawings and quantity takeoff

- Handlepayment applications, assessing subcontractors' interimpayments and final account

- Assist to handle the material sourcing and procurement process


Requirements
- Certificate or above in Building Studies, Surveying, Construction Project Management or related discipline

- Minimum 1-year experience with interior design / fitting-out work for commercial office projects

- Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skill

- Practical skills in AutoCAD on fitting-out and renovation projects is an advantage

- Self-motivated, independent and initiative

- Willing to learn and work under pressure

- Immediate available is highly preferable
