Responsibilities

• Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to a statutory body.
• Responsible for the Event Configuration with Form Builder of newly launched Exhibitor Online Portal (EOP) with implementation vendor during 1-year parallel run period.
• Responsible for the Fair Preparation supports of the old Exhibition Online Application (EOA) within 1-year parallel run period.
• User support application functions, data fixing and ad-hoc requests on both new EOP and old EOA.
• Develop and execute system and user acceptance test plans for new change requests on EOP.
• Perform some database administration tasks on the relational database and NO-SQL database.
• Programming and script writing for system integration and routine jobs scheduling.
• Maintain and support application systems with third party vendors.
• Prepare and fine-tune system tasks on AWS cloud platform.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Studies or equivalent.
• Over 2-year experience in the capacity of Analyst Programmer; candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience may be considered for the position of Programmer.
• Experience in application development using JavaScript, SQL, Java, React SPA, Node JS, RESTful API, RDBMS and NO-SQL databases will be an advantage.
• Knowledge in Microservice architecture, Cloud platform, mainly AWS, Docker, DevOPs, JIRA, Confluence, SonarQube, AI, e-Payment, Crystal Report is preferred.
• Fully understand AI tools for facilitating IT operations, e.g. Copilot, Gemini, etc.
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedule.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Good command of written and communication skill with users/ vendors.
