Job summary

CL Technical Services Ltd. in Hong Kong seeks a technically skilled professional to support the full Software Development Life Cycle for web-based applications.

You will gather user requirements, translate them into system designs, and assist in deployments, UAT, and training. The role requires hands-on experience with web-based support, solution integration, and project administration, plus Oracle DB/PLSQL and MS SQL Server familiarity, as well as Git/Jenkins/Docker/Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or degree in Computer Science/D Information Technology
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience in web-based system support, solution integration, and project administration
• Familiarity with IT project planning, requirements analysis, and stakeholder/account management
• Hands-on experience with databases such as Oracle DB (PL/SQL) and MS SQL Server
• Familiarity with modern DevOps and CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment

Job description

Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including system design, architecture, coding, testing, and continuous maintenance of web-based applications

Assist in gathering end-user requirements and translating them into clear functional requirements, technical specifications, and system designs

Work closely with end-users to support system implementation, facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), address bug fixes, handle deployment, conduct user training, and prepare comprehensive technical/user documentation

Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning to ensure software security, stability, and optimal responsiveness

Coordinate with team members, project managers, and vendors to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on schedule

About you

Higher Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline

With at least 2 years of relevant experience

Hands-on experience in web-based system support, solution integration, and project administration

Familiarity with IT project planning, requirements analysis, and stakeholder/account management

Hands-on experience with databases such as Oracle DB (PL/SQL) and MS SQL Server

Familiarity with modern DevOps and CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes)
