We focus on youngsters whose talent and/or social background do not lend themselves easily or naturally to the traditional social ladder via tertiary education. We help them navigate the transition between school and work by providing them the life skills, confidence and connections to pursue the pathway towards their own success. Lastly, but most importantly, we will accompany them in the first few steps of this journey by building a community of like-minded D2S:Mentors to walk this path with them as mentors and co-pilots.

The primary responsibility of this role is to support the design, coordination, and delivery of high-quality programmes that align with D2S’s mission and strategic goals. This role involves working closely with all D2S Team members (including members of the Board) to ensure that all programs are effectively executed, continuously improved, and positively impact beneficiaries. • Take part in the development and preparation of programme materials including but not limited to marketing, fundraising and briefing materials.
  • Support the organisation, coordination, and management of D2S events (both program-led and fundraising), including project management and procurement activities related to the events.
  • Assist in monitoring program timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring effective tracking and reporting.
  • Support/conduct briefing and debriefing sessions of volunteers, students, teachers and other participants.
  • Proactively contribute as co-creators of D2S programmes, alumni and partner engagement opportunities.
Supporting Others
  • Support relationship management with partners, mentors, and other program stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure programs are well-promoted through social media, events, and other channels including assistance in managing social media, update website and monitoring effectiveness of D2S marketing activities.
  • Support administrative tasks, including program documentation, data analysis, financial and IT-related administration and stakeholder updates as needed.
