Job summary

Love 21 Foundation Limited is seeking a Programme Manager to support the CEO in delivering all programmes, translating strategic plans into actionable operations, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. You will manage programme staff and volunteers while supporting impact measurement and financial monitoring.

Key duties include monitoring KPIs, grant utilization, and reporting, plus budgeting and proposal support.

Qualifications

Experience in Non-profit management or degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of programme management or operations experience, preferably in NGO/social services.
Proven ability to lead, supervise, and develop a multidisciplinary team with collaboration.

Responsibilities

Translate strategic plans into actionable operational workflows and manage day-to-day programme delivery.
Develop, track KPIs for programmes and monitor grant utilization and impact; report to CEO.
Lead programme staff and volunteers; support performance appraisals and capacity building.
Assist in budget development and day-to-day financial monitoring of programmes.
Collaborate with funding and finance teams to support concepts and grant proposals.
