Job summary

Foundation for Shared Impact Limited is seeking a Program Associate for the Community Business Support Program in Hong Kong. The role focuses on coordinating CBS projects, managing partnerships and volunteers, and delivering community-facing activities.

You will work closely with the Program Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives, including mentorship and GuideFong activities, while engaging with grassroots entrepreneurs and youths.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in program management or event coordination.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends/evenings for events.
• Proficiency with digital tools and social media is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development, planning, and delivery of CBS initiatives with FSI team.
• Oversee end-to-end program management, execution, and logistics for CBS activities.
• Design and lead GuideFong tours and outreach to ethnically diverse businesses.
• Recruit, train, and manage youth interns and volunteers for GuideFong.
• Manage social media channels and content calendar for Project GuideFong.
• Ensure data accuracy for GuideFong directory and related publications.
• Monitor outputs, outcomes, and stakeholder feedback for reporting.
