Job summary

St. James’ Settlement in Wan Chai invites a degree-qualified candidate to join our team as a project coordinator.

You will liaise with business partners, service providers, and schools to develop projects, prepare proposals and reports, and provide administration support to the team. The role focuses on coordinating learning and teaching activities independently, handling ad hoc assignments, and contributing to the organization’s community services for children and youth.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with or equivalent preferably in Social Science, Education, Counselling, Psychology or related discipline
• HKCEE Level 2 or above, in five HKDSE subjects (including Chinese and English Language) or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in children and youth services, social innovation, education, or project management
• Ability to coordinate learning and teaching activities independently

It was then developed into a six-storey building on Kennedy Road in 1963 to provide diversified services, including children and youth services, elderly services and rehabilitation services. In 1987, the headquarters was opened in Stone Nullah Lane so that the scope of services could be further extended.
