Zusammenfassung

St. James’ Settlement is seeking a senior manager to supervise a multidisciplinary team and oversee the operation of the nursing home in Wan Chai.

The role focuses on monitoring the quality and effectiveness of various elderly services, including day care units and the RCSV scheme, and requires strong leadership to open up resources and drive improvements. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of post-degree social work or post-registration nursing experience, with English/Chinese

Qualifikationen

RSW or nurse registration with valid practising certificate.
At least 10 years of post-degree social work or post-registration clinical nursing experience.
Experience in elderly care or geriatric wards with supervisory duties.
Registered Home Manager in a Residential Care Home for the Elderly preferred.
Proficiency in English and Chinese; proposal writing advantageous.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic with strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

Ausbildung

RSW, Degree in Social Work or above

Certificate of Registration as a Registered Nurse and a valid Practising Certificate
