Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6-8 years of experience in NGOs, government, policy research, or public/social service settings.
• Strong English and Chinese written and verbal communication.
• Solid soft skills: critical thinking, problem-solving, collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assess donation applications' merit, analyze social issues, applicant background, and proposed programme content and budget.
• Conduct research on social issues and new initiatives to address community needs.
• Plan and monitor the implementation of charity projects and ensure alignment with scope and budget.
• Liaise with external partners and internal stakeholders across project lifecycles.
• Prepare approval papers, annexes, and contribute to event invitations, publicity, and PR initiatives.
• Support knowledge sharing and organise team initiatives within the charity programme.
