Job summary

Standard Glory Management Limited is hiring for a warehouse supervisor role at Tai Po, Hong Kong. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing and delivery, and lead the frontline team to meet safety and efficiency targets.

The position requires 3+ years in warehousing/logistics, 1–2 years in supervision, proficiency with WMS and RF scanners, and a valid HK forklift licence is a plus. Competitive benefits and 5-day work are offered.

Qualifications

HKDSE or above.
Minimum 3 years in warehouse and logistics with 1–2 years of frontline leadership.
Proficient in WMS, RF scanners, Microsoft Office and data processing tools.
Good written and reading Chinese; basic English reading.
HK forklift licence (counterbalance) an advantage.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Job duties:

Supervise and oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring that all procedures, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing and delivery, are carried out efficiently, accurately and safety.
Handle and maintain various warehouse documents, including delivery notes, goods received notes, stock-in and stock-out records.
Coordinate and communicate with different departments to improve the efficiency of goods movement and warehouse operations.
Assist in conducting regular and monthly stocktakes to ensure inventory accuracy and maintain high operational and safety standards.
Lead the frontline warehouse team in daily operations, including supervising staff and coordinating work schedules and task assignments.

處理及整理各類倉務文件 (如送貨單、收貨單、入庫單及出庫單等)。
協調跨部門溝通與合作，以提升貨物進出庫效率。
協助定期及每月盤點，確保高標準的庫存準確度與作業安全。
負責帶領前線團隊日常運作，監督及協調團隊工作安排。

Requirements:

HKDSE – HK Diploma of Secondary Education Graduate or above.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in warehouse operations and logistics including at least one to two (1-2) years of frontline team leadership or supervisory experience. (candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Warehouse Supervisor under the Production Department).
Proficient in warehouse management systems, RF scanners, Microsoft Office and data processing tools.
Good written and reading skills in Chinese, with basic English reading and comprehension abilities.
With a valid Hong Kong forklift operator licence (counterbalance type) will be an advantage.
Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented and responsible, with a strong team spirit and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

中學文憑/証書或以上。
具備 3 年或以上倉務及物流工作經驗，其中須包含至少 1–2 年帶領前線或主管經驗。(經驗較少者可獲考慮聘任為生產部助理倉務主管)
熟悉倉庫管理系統、RF 掃描器及懂 Microsoft Office 與數據處理工具。
良好讀寫中文、懂讀寫英文能力。
持有香港有效剷車駕駛執照(抗衡型)者優先考慮。
具備良好的領導能力、問題解決能力。
工作主動積極、細心、並具備團隊合作精神。
