Job summary

Veolia Hong Kong Holding Limited is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse staff, oversee receiving, storage and distribution, and ensure accurate inventories in a fast-paced environment in Hong Kong. The role requires 3 years of warehouse experience, a relevant diploma, and strong English/Mandarin communication.

The successful candidate will coordinate with the O&M team, report to procurement, and implement efficiency improvements while maintaining a safe, organized warehouse.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Warehouse/Supply Chain/Logistics or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of warehouse experience.
• Proficient in Google applications or Microsoft Office.
• Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse personnel, including receiving, storing and distributing goods.
• Ensure the timely receipt of incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality of goods.
• Coordinate and communicate with the warehouse and O&M team.
• Report to the procurement officer on department performance.
• Prepare regular inventory reports and analyses for management review.
• Organize and maintain inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain the safety and tidiness of the warehouse.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and effectiveness.
