Job summary

Anradus Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a QC Inspector to perform microbiology testing, materials checks, and GMP-compliant quality controls in a cosmetics manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Update SAP records and assist with documentation for GMP and ISO.
• Support internal and external audits for GMP and ISO standards.
• Assist with deviations and customer complaints as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct microbiology testing, including environmental control testing, raw material testing, and finished product testing.

• Handle quality checks for incoming raw materials, packaging materials, pre-weighed raw materials, in-process products, and final products.

• Maintain inventory, equipment, items, and cleanliness in the laboratory, retention room, and pre-weighing room.

• Maintain and operate the DI water system.

• Monitor and check the pre-weighing process.

• Manage retention samples and prepare or update SDS and COA documents.

• Assist with troubleshooting or product testing for improvement when customer complaints are received.

• Support internal and external audits for GMP, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001.

• Update, record, and maintain GMP and ISO documentation.

• Create, update, and maintain records in the SAP system.

• Update and maintain Health Sciences Authority Good Manufacturing Practice guidelines, environmental practice guidelines, quality manual, and health and safety policy.

• Follow up and manage new records for product permits and licences through HSA.

• Share feedback and suggestions during or after monthly staff meetings.

• Monitor and manage the pest control contract and bait locations, and ensure monthly inspections are completed.

• Support other projects and assignments as instructed or assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma in Chemistry or a related discipline will be an advantage.

• At least 2 to 3 years of QC experience is required.

• Knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 will be an advantage.

• Able to assess situations objectively and act with integrity.

• Willing to learn and support hands-on tasks.

• Computer literate.

• External and internal training will be provided.
