Job summary

Neochem Pharmaceutical Laboratories Limited, a GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing company in Hong Kong, invites applications for an Engineering Supervisor role. You will oversee daily plant operations, ensure GMP compliance, and drive process improvements within the Engineering Department.

The candidate should hold a Mechanical or Chemical Engineering degree with at least 3 years of managerial experience in pharma manufacturing and strong GMP knowledge, including PIC/S and ISO-14644, plus

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 3 years managerial experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong GMP knowledge including PIC/S and ISO-14644.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (written).
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations in Engineering Department such as preventive maintenance to comply with GMP requirements.
• Assist in enhancing continuous process improvement and workflow efficiency.
• Ensure a safe working environment in the manufacturing plant and maintain the database of performance analysis for various processes.
• Implement validation activities such as change control management, FAT, SAT, Commissioning, IQ/OQ/PQ to meet GMP requirements.
• Work closely with other key personnel for GMP compliance.

Degree holder in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or related discipline

At least 3 years relevant experiences in pharmaceutical manufacturing industry at managerial level

Good working knowledge of GMP standard and PIC/S, ISO-14644 etc.

Good command of written English and Chinese

Immediately available is an advantage
