Gather orders and forecasts to build production schedules, balance different product models and variants, and adjust plans quickly for urgent orders or changes.
Work with R&D to translate engineering data into production-ready material lists, and manage engineering changes to phase old/new materials in/out smoothly—avoiding waste and downtime.
Run material planning, issue purchase orders, and actively follow up with suppliers to ensure materials arrive on time for production.
Set inventory levels, track stock turnover, and flag potential excess or obsolete materials with clear action plans.
5+ years in production planning and procurement within automotive, motorcycle, or similar complex manufacturing (preferred).
Experienced in handling multiple models, colors, and configuration options in scheduling and supply.
Proficient in ERP systems and Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
Self-motivated, organized, and proactive—works independently and takes ownership.
Good English communication skills for cross-border teams and international suppliers; Cantonese is a plus.
