We are seeking a capable and forward-thinking IT Manager to lead enterprise IT operations and drive AI-powered digital transformation. You will oversee the company’s IT infrastructure, data platforms, ERP systems, and AI application delivery while ensuring stable, secure, and efficient operations that support business growth.
Manage daily operation, maintenance, stability, and security of servers, networks, cloud services, databases, and office systems across all global locations.
Participate in building enterprise data platforms and AI foundations, leading data cleansing, integration, governance, and quality assurance, and assisting in deploying practical AI scenarios across regions.
Lead cross-functional digital and AI projects in collaboration with R&D, manufacturing, and product teams to align technical delivery with business needs.
Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of ERP and business systems, streamlining workflows to enhance operational efficiency across our international offices.
Execute information security policies, managing firewalls, access controls, data backups, confidentiality mechanisms, and risk control in compliance with regional regulations.
Lead a small IT team, managing budgets, vendor relationships, technical support, and internal training for a globally distributed workforce.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, AI, or related fields.
3+ years of relevant IT experience, with at least 2 years in an IT supervisory role.
Hands-on AI & big data experience: Participation in data platform development, analytics projects, or AI deployments (e.g., predictive models, classification, data pipelines).
Strong practical knowledge of ERP systems (implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting).
Solid experience in cybersecurity, data loss prevention, and document/rights management.
Experience in cloud infrastructure, networking, and managing IT in multi-location environments.
Good command of English and Chinese is a plus.
