Job summary

U Connections Pte Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a Production Operator to assemble wire harnesses. You will read assembly drawings, strip insulation, insert pins, solder where required, test continuity, and keep the work area clean and safe.

You’ll report defects and assist maintenance, working in a fast-paced team. Prior hands-on harness experience is a plus, with attention to detail and good manual dexterity essential.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in cable harness in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings.
• Skilled in soldering and crimping techniques is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
