Infosight Consulting Limited is seeking a senior production support professional to help manage critical IT operations and on-call incidents in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes leading remote or distributed support teams, performing root-cause analysis, and coordinating controlled production changes across Linux and Windows platforms.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of production support, application support, or IT operations experience.
• Strong leadership experience, preferably managing remote or distributed support teams.
• Advanced Linux and Windows administration and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Experience with ITIL processes, ITSM tools, incident response, and change management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to perform effectively during critical incidents and on-call situations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot application, operating system, infrastructure, batch, and interface issues to determine root cause.
• Execute controlled production changes including configuration updates, patching, service management, and recovery activities.
• Utilize Linux and Windows administration tools for system operations and diagnostics.
• Manage change records, validation activities, rollback procedures, and release support.
• Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and security-compliant privileged access practices.
