Job summary

ICHEERZI (Hong Kong) LIMITED is seeking an IT operations professional to ensure the stability of enterprise applications. The role involves troubleshooting across application, OS, infrastructure, batch, and interface layers and executing controlled production changes including patching and service management.

You will apply advanced Linux and Windows administration, manage change records and rollback procedures, and maintain secure access practices.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of production support, application support, or IT operations experience
• Strong leadership experience, preferably managing remote or distributed teams
• Advanced Linux and Windows administration and troubleshooting
• Experience with ITIL processes and ITSM tools
• Excellent communication skills during critical incidents and on‑call situations
