Job summary

MEXC is seeking an experienced Product Operations professional to support end-to-end operational processes for new product launches and ongoing exchange product maintenance.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, and Support teams to ensure smooth execution and data-driven improvements across Spot, Futures, Margin, Earn, and related offerings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Business Operations, or related roles.
• Experience in cryptocurrency, fintech, financial services, or technology companies is preferred.
• Understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end operational process for new product launches, from preparation and testing through launch and post-launch monitoring.
• Coordinate with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth product execution.
• Monitor product performance, user behaviour, operational metrics, and customer feedback to identify issues and improvements.
• Support the operational setup and maintenance of exchange products, including Spot, Futures, Margin, Earn, and other crypto-related products.
• Assist with trading pair listings, product configurations, parameter updates, and other operational activities.
• Monitor product-related incidents and user issues, coordinate with relevant teams, and support timely resolution.
• Develop and maintain operational SOPs, checklists, workflows, and internal documentation.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
